SHIPPING
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All items are sent via Australia Post, a tracking number will be forwarded to you once your item has shipped. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and can take anywhere from 7 to 10 days.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately we do not ship outside Australia at this time...but stay tuned!
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
Exchanges may be made by post (at your cost) or in store within 7 days of date of delivery.
If exchanging by post please contact us at info@redbirdkeilor.com.au prior to posting your item to arrange.
If exchanging in store a copy of the order must be presented when making your exchange.
Exchanges are not permitted on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
If for some reason there is a problem with the item you have purchased please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we shall do our best to resolve any issues.
Returns for refund are only accepted on faulty products. Refunds will be issued once the item has been returned and deemed as faulty by our supplier. Please allow up to 2 weeks.
